Wanted 2: Vodka Shots by Marteeka Karland

Looking for a romantic tale that consists of soft tender touches and whispered sweet nothings? Well I have to tell yah that yah came to the wrong place. Wait, wait don’t go anywhere yet just pay attention. As I was saying before you started getting all clicky and whatnot… However if you are looking for two hot Alpha males, one bad chick whose good enough to run with the boys, a mother who’d do anything to get her daughter back, and one adorable kid then welcome. Need I say more? Do I happen to have your interest? Good now keep reading.
What happens when you have to choose between the man who’s the love of your life and a life created from love itself? This precarious balance is the very thing Karri found herself in when the Consolidation took her baby-girl Liana. And she knew that the only way to get her back was to sell out the man that had branded her body and soul…
Dmitry had a combination of conflicting emotions when he found Karri again. He was heartbroken, his ego was bruised, and he was pissed off because he believed that she had betrayed him. When Karri gave valuable info about Dmitry’s leader The White Russian— rebellion leader against the powers that be, also known as the Consolidation, she almost got him, his best friend Hawk, and others killed. After months of searching when he finds her again he wants to know what could’ve possibly been so volatile that’d she’d betray him. Little did he know that her reasons weren’t just valid but heartbreaking…
This story may not be delivered in the form of a fairytale but it is in fact the classic “Knight in shining armor” that many readers search for. Dmitry isn’t the most loveable of characters from the jump but you will find yourself wanting him to be better, wanting him to understand Karri and help her. Karri’s natural instinct to protect what’s rightfully hers just reminds you of what a good mother is. Sacrificing what you want so that your child could be safe and happy. Ringing any bells here folks? Yeah, I thought so.
At its core this story made you feel. Even in such a short number of pages you find yourself loving these characters so do yourself the favor and go get the book because you shall not walk away disappointed…
Just to help yah out I shall give you the link because I am feeling most gracious today: http://www.changelingpress.com/product.php?&upt=book&ubid=1613
